Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must meet the conditions below to be eligible.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be attached and intact
  • Proof of purchase is required (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or missing the hygiene seal
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
